Resolved

ProPay implemented a fix and transactions are no longer intermittently timing out. A total of 38 transactions were affected between 9:05 a.m.-10:35 a.m. eastern. This incident is resolved.

ProPay is aware of an issue that is preventing some transactions from being processed. They are actively working to resolve the issue. As soon as additional information is known, we will let you know.
