ProPay is planning an update to their production environment on Thursday, September 19 between 5:00 a.m. - 5:15 a.m. eastern. The nature of the update will require a 15 minute outage which will cause Togetherpay to be unavailable during this time.

Scheduled - Togetherwork is planning an update to the production environment on Tuesday, September 17 between 1:00 a.m. - 4:00 a.m. eastern. The nature of the update will require a 30-60 minute outage which will cause Togetherpay to be unavailable during this time.

This is a re-deploy of the update that failed on 9/3 and again on 9/11. The issue preventing a successful deployment was identified, replicated and resolved after thorough testing.

Completed - The deployment of this morning's production update encountered issues and had to be reverted. Togetherpay production is stable and in a pre-deployment state. Teams are investigating the root cause of the issue. Another attempt to deploy the update will take place at a later, yet to be determined date.
